I was disappointed with this purchase. The chain arrived tangled and the size of the citrine pendant and chain were smaller and more “ dainty” than was pictured on the website. I was buying it for my daughter in law for her 39 th bday. I do not feel it is the look or quality I had expected. I would like to return it please. How should I proceed?
